Jennifer Orr Legal Nurse Consulting specializes in supporting Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury attorneys across the United States. Our mission is to build strong business relationships with attorney clients while delivering exceptional work products and sourcing expert witnesses in any specialty. We facilitate the attorney-expert relationship throughout the litigation process and maintain an extensive expert database for case review and testimony. Additionally, we provide client support as Nurse Observers during the IME/DME process for injured clients.

Jennifer Orr, BSN, RN

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein College in 1998 and began her nursing career at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, in 1999. Over 16 years, she served the acute medical needs of premature infants, children, adolescents, and chronically ill adults. Jennifer maintains an active nursing license and continues to pursue ongoing legal nurse consulting education.

Her advanced education and bedside “real world” nursing experience enable her to provide valuable legal support to attorneys handling Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and other health-related claims. The core focus of her business is Medical Expert Procurement and Medical Malpractice litigation for both Plaintiff and Defense cases. Jennifer’s expertise also extends to adult medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases.

Expert Witness Procurement

A significant portion of Jennifer’s work involves locating and collaborating with medical and nursing expert witnesses. She facilitates the attorney-expert relationship and offers access to an extensive network of experts for case review and testimony.
